These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile services, customer support channels, booking services, WhatsApp Business communications, Rich Communication Services (RCS), email communications, telephone support, and any other products or services offered by PRANAD TOUR SERVICES.

By accessing our website, contacting us, booking any travel service, subscribing to updates, or communicating with us through Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Google RCS Business Messaging, email, telephone, or any digital platform operated by PRANAD TOUR SERVICES, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should immediately discontinue using our services.

These Terms have been prepared to comply with applicable laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, applicable consumer protection laws, contractual principles under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable policies issued by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google regarding business messaging services.

1. Introduction

PRANAD TOUR SERVICES is engaged in providing professional travel and tourism solutions, including but not limited to domestic tour packages, international tour packages, holiday planning, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, pilgrimage tours, customized travel itineraries, group tours, corporate travel management, visa assistance (where applicable), travel consultation, and customer support services.

Our mission is to provide customers with reliable, transparent, and customer-focused travel experiences while maintaining the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance with digital communication regulations.

These Terms establish the legal relationship between PRANAD TOUR SERVICES and every customer, visitor, business partner, website user, or any individual using our services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Company” means PRANAD TOUR SERVICES.

“Third-Party Provider” includes hotels, airlines, transport operators, travel agencies, insurance providers, visa agencies, tourism boards, payment gateways, and other vendors involved in delivering travel services.

“Content” means all text, graphics, logos, itineraries, brochures, pricing information, images, software, trademarks, and other materials made available by PRANAD TOUR SERVICES.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any travel service through PRANAD TOUR SERVICES, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  • RCS business communications
  • Promotional travel offers (with customer consent)

Certain services may be delivered through trusted third-party travel providers. While PRANAD TOUR SERVICES carefully selects its partners, the actual delivery of transportation, accommodation, visa processing, insurance, or tourism-related services remains subject to the terms and operational policies of the respective service providers.

5. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or
  • Have legal permission from a parent or guardian if you are a minor.
  • Provide accurate personal information.
  • Possess valid travel documents where required.
  • Comply with all applicable travel regulations.

PRANAD TOUR SERVICES reserves the right to refuse service where:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Required travel documents are missing.
  • Payment obligations have not been fulfilled.
  • The booking violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Account Registration

Certain services may require users to create an account or submit personal information through our website or customer support channels.

When registering, you agree that:

  • You will promptly update any changes to your information.

Users shall not:

  • Engage in fraudulent payment activities.
  • Abuse or harass customer support representatives.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension of services without prior notice.

8. Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:

  • Required customer information has been received.
  • Applicable payment has been successfully processed.
  • Confirmation has been issued by PRANAD TOUR SERVICES or the relevant travel service provider.
  • Any additional documentation requested by the Company has been submitted and verified.

Booking confirmations are subject to availability of flights, hotels, transportation, tour operators, and other travel-related services. In rare situations involving overbooking, operational issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events, confirmed bookings may require modification, rescheduling, or cancellation. In such cases, PRANAD TOUR SERVICES will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or facilitate applicable refunds in accordance with the policies of the respective service providers.

9. Travel Documents

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation, including but not limited to:

  • Passport
  • Visa (where applicable)
  • Government-issued identification
  • Travel permits
  • Vaccination certificates
  • Health declarations
  • Insurance documents
  • Any other documents required by airlines, immigration authorities, or destination governments

PRANAD TOUR SERVICES shall not be liable for denied boarding, visa rejection, immigration refusal, travel delays, or financial losses arising from incomplete, invalid, or expired travel documents.
